Mortar and Pestle

Mortar and Pestle, which also known as 'Lesung Batu' in Malay, is a tool that use to crush and grind solid ingredients. They can be made from either rock, marble or wood but we mostly seeing a typical black rock mortal and pestle.



So this week Mr. Radzi asking us to draw the use of mortal and pestle 50 years in the future in case mortal and pestle is extinct.

So I came up with 3 ideas with a bit lulz imaginations.

The first one is the "Fat Grinder". Just place the mortar on the place you want to get rid of extra... fat... and use pestle and spin it inside the mortar. The vibration makes from the mortal and pestle is actually shaking off the fat from sticking on the skin to fall off. The faster you spin, the slimmer you get.



My 2nd idea is "Gladiator Knocker". Instead of using sword and shield as weapon, how about using pestle as sword and mortar as shield. It still works the same... only a bit heavier and smaller... but hey, you can built muscle for lifting heavy things!



Last but not least, my 3rd idea is "Hot Rock". Well 50 years in the future we might get Doraemon so we can ask him to use his 'Enlargement Torch' to increase the size of mortar and pestle. Then we fill hot water inside the giant mortar and use the giant pestle as a stair to climb inside the mortar.
